The Black Forest in the Southwest of Germany is multifarious shaped. With a length of 100 miles(160 km) the Black Forest has a width of about 12 miles(20 km) in the north up to more than 37 miles(60 km) in the south. The highest mountain is the Feldberg with 4900 feet(1493m) in the South.
