A hike from Wittnau to Freiburg across the Schoenberg("Beautifulmountain”)

The Schoenberg is the closest mountain to the southern city Freiburg! As far as Geology is concerned the Schoenberg offers everything: A basement, like the one you can find in the Black Forest, deposits of fossils, volcanic rocks and rubbles.

By public transportation or cars we will arrive at Wittnau. We will hike by foot across the Schoenberg and explore the locate geology. The excursion is made for everyone - for laymen as well - The explanations are generally comprehensible, so no precognition is needed.
 

Equipment: Clothes well adapted for the weather, rucksack and hammer(for the minerals). The cost are 18 EUR. You will get all needed information about the excursion after having singed up. When the excursion is over, there will be an opportunity to go for food and drinks in a homelike inn.
