Legally notice concerning links to extraneous web sites

My web site includes links to other web sites.

District Court Hamburg passed a law in 05.12.1998, which makes it possible to be accountable for links to extraneous web sites.

For all of my links on my web site it is to be said that I have no influence on their data contents or design. This is why I explicit dissociate myself and stay away from all links on my web site. This declaration stands for my web site including all links or banners, and their data contents.
